Why Paint by Numbers? Paint by Numbers is the perfect activity for everyone! Whether you're a beginner artist, or the next Bob Ross - Paint by Numbers is a great way to slow down, unwind, and unleash your inner artist! 

What should I do if my paint pots dry out? To bring dry paint pots back to life, add 1-2 drops of warm water to the paint pot and mix thoroughly with a toothpick! If it doesn't work, please contact us at support@coloroki.com.

Do you ship worldwide? At the moment, we ship to Canada, the United States, Australia, the UK and Germany! 

What do I do if I never received my order? If you do not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find out where your order is and make it right!

Do you accept returns? We sure do! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
